Meet the Owner
Aaron Lowe — Owner | Lead Technician
CPR Technology is owned and operated by Aaron Lowe, a longtime Springfield-area resident who has lived here for most of the past 25 years.
Aaron’s interest in computers and technology started early and grew into a lifelong hands-on skill set spanning repair, networking, operating systems, security, and small business IT support.
He previously owned and operated a computer repair and IT support business in nearby Decatur for seven years, where he built a reputation for solving difficult problems and working closely with customers who needed clear, straightforward answers.
Aaron holds CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Linux+ certifications and supports both Windows and Mac systems.
One of his biggest strengths is bridging the gap between technical expertise and real-world communication. He is especially good at diagnosing issues that are often overlooked, misidentified, or written off as too expensive to fix — and explaining what is actually going on in a way that makes sense.

Matt Harmon — Operations Manager
Matt Harmon is CPR Technology’s Operations Manager and a lifelong Springfield-area resident. He helps oversee daily operations, coordinate scheduling, assist customers, and keep the business running smoothly.
Matt is often the first person customers interact with when they contact or visit CPR Technology. Known for his reliability and approachable personality, he works hard to ensure customers feel welcome, informed, and cared for throughout the repair and support process.
In addition to customer support and scheduling, Matt assists with inventory management, administrative operations, and business development, helping connect local businesses with CPR Technology’s managed IT and network support services.
Megan Donelli — Marketing Director
Megan Donelli serves as CPR Technology’s Marketing Director and helps lead the company’s marketing, social media, and community outreach efforts. A career educator with more than 30 years of experience, she brings strong communication skills, creativity, and a thoughtful, people-focused perspective to the business.
Megan plays an important role in helping CPR Technology maintain an approachable and welcoming presence both online and in the community. Her background in education and communication helps ensure customers feel comfortable asking questions and confident they will receive clear, straightforward support.
She also assists with day-to-day operations and provides a valuable non-technical perspective that keeps the company focused on communication, accessibility, and the customer experience.
