About CPR Technology

Local computer repair and IT support for Springfield homes and small businesses.

Aaron Lowe, owner of CPR Technology

Meet the Owner

CPR Technology is owned and operated by Aaron Lowe, a longtime Springfield-area resident who has lived here for most of the past 25 years.

Aaron’s interest in computers and technology started early and grew into a lifelong hands-on skill set spanning repair, networking, operating systems, security, and small business IT support.

He previously owned and operated a computer repair and IT support business in nearby Decatur for seven years, where he built a reputation for solving difficult problems and working closely with customers who needed clear, straightforward answers.

Aaron holds CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Linux+ certifications and supports both Windows and Mac systems.

One of his biggest strengths is bridging the gap between technical expertise and real-world communication. He is especially good at diagnosing issues that are often overlooked, misidentified, or written off as too expensive to fix — and explaining what is actually going on in a way that makes sense.

What Local Customers Are Saying

Megan D.
Megan D. Chatham

“When I say I’m non-tech savvy, I mean that the best way I could describe my laptop problem was to say, 'It’s being wonky.' Aaron was patient, thorough, and took his time to understand what I meant, and was able to fix my laptop with a quick turnaround and explain what was wrong in a way that my non-tech savvy self could understand. I highly recommend working with Aaron!”

“I would give him at least a 10. Not only does he correct the problems quickly and correctly. He will explain the problem in a way that the average person can understand what happened and if there is a way for it to keep it from happening again. He enjoys his work and is very patient about answering questions.”

“He cleaned up a slow laptop that I thought was beyond saving. Runs great now.”
